I understand that TBPAC sets ticket maximums per account and or household for the complete run of any show, regardless of the number of performances, and that attempts to purchase more than the maximum can result in the tickets being voided and the money returned. By checking this box, I agree not to exceed the maximum purchases listed. Any tickets lost, stolen or missing - for any reason - will be replaced only by a Lost Ticket Voucher at the Ticket Office window the day of the performance. No replacement tickets will be issued.

To ensure optimum enjoyment for all patrons, it is strongly recommended that children under the age of 5 not attend shows other than those in the Kid Time and Wee Folk series and shows designated as Toddler Friendly. Broadway shows are NOT Toddler Friendly. All patrons, regardless of age, must have a ticket. Tickets are non-refundable, and may not be exchanged.

Under Florida Statutes 817.36 Resale of Tickets, which took effect July 1, 2009, it is illegal for any person or entity to offer or resell a ticket to any performance at the Tampa Bay Performing Arts Center for more than $1 over this nonprofit institution's originally assigned price. Substantial penalties are in place for violators. All Straz Center for the Performing Arts tickets are covered by the statute and contain a notice that they cannot be resold for more than their originally assigned face value. To keep our tickets affordable and accessible, violators will be prosecuted.
